These terms keep both sides calm: what we promise, what you promise, and what happens with files and money.

General draft — have a professional review before launch.

Quotes and projects

• Work begins only after scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing by both sides.
• Revisions are included within the agreed scope until you are happy. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it happens.
• You warrant that material you supply (texts, logos, footage) is yours to use or licensed for the job.
• On final payment, ownership of delivered final files passes to you. We keep portfolio rights only where you agree, and we ask per item.

Store: paid items

• This site takes no card payments. “Request this item” starts an email conversation; payment details follow by email.
• Files are delivered by email after payment is received.
• Prices are shown in AUD, USD and BDT as entered by us; the currency you choose is the currency quoted.

Store: free items

• Freebies are free for personal and commercial use unless an item page states otherwise.
• You may not resell or redistribute a freebie as-is, or claim it as your own work.
• Freebies are provided as-is, without warranty, to the maximum extent the law allows.

Website use

• Content on this site is copyright Crew & Co. except where credited otherwise.
• Automated abuse of forms or downloads (flooding, scraping paid previews) is not permitted.
