What Crew & Co. collects, what it does not, and how analytics and forms are handled. Draft for legal review before launch.
Short version: we collect as little as possible, we do not sell anything, and analytics stay off until you accept them.

What we collect
- Forms: the name, email and message you type, plus optional fields you choose to fill. Used only to reply to you.
- Download counter: a count per freebie. No personal data, no cookies, no identifiers.
- Spam protection: a short-lived, hashed record of submission attempts per address, used only to rate-limit abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled, processes its own challenge in your browser.
- Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, measuring pages, sources, country and device.
What we do not collect
- No payment details — there is no card form on this site.
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No tracking before consent: analytics load in consent mode and stay denied until you accept.
- No file uploads: forms accept links, not attachments, which keeps your files and our server safer.
Where data goes
Form submissions are emailed to our inbox and kept as long as a normal business conversation. Rate-limit records are deleted automatically as they age out. If analytics are accepted, Google processes them under your consent choice, which you can change by clearing this site’s local storage.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to and we will action it within a day.
